Contact P2PScore

P2PScore is an independent editorial index maintained by a small team in central Europe. We welcome contact from readers, platform representatives, and journalists - though capacity is limited and response times vary by topic.

What we handle

Factual corrections - priority

If you have identified a factual error in a review, guide, or data table - incorrect yield figure, outdated regulatory status, wrong founding year, misattributed statement - we fix it with priority. Send the URL, the error, and the correct information with a source where possible. We update the page and note the correction date in the metadata.

Platform data updates

Platform representatives are welcome to submit updated figures for monthly yield, loan volume, regulatory changes, or product launches. Please provide official documentation or a public company statement. We verify all submitted data independently before updating scores or reviews.

Score lobbying is not productive. The scoring methodology is public and applies uniformly. Requests to adjust weights, reclassify tiers, or exclude unfavourable data points are declined.

Investor experiences

We collect documented platform experiences from European retail investors - account screenshots showing withdrawal delays, customer-service email threads, resolution outcomes. Documented cases inform our risk assessments and "Things to watch" sections. Anonymous submissions are accepted where evidence is verifiable.

What we do not handle

P2PScore is not a platform, broker, or financial adviser. We cannot open accounts on your behalf, mediate disputes between investors and platforms, provide tax advice, or recommend individual investments. For platform account support, contact the platform directly.

Media and partnership inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis as capacity permits.
